Returns and Exchange Details
Customer satisfaction is important to us. In the event that any unused, undamaged item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition (unworn and with hangtags attached) within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full credit (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt, or the item can be exchanged for a different size or color if specified.
We will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, with no signs of wear or use.
Custom listings are created specifically for each request and therefore a non-return/refund policy is in effect.
Jan Hilmer/Sparrow will provide adequate packing and is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If items are damaged upon delivery, please take a moment to document the damage with a description and a photo. Please convo me with both the description and photo to resolve any issue. Damaged items without documentation will not be refunded.

- Please ensure that the parcel containing the returned item is clearly marked and securely sealed.
- You may ship the item using any method you like. For your protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that will insure your goods and one that provides package tracking to avoid delays.
- Once we receive the returned item we will process your exchange and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

- You may ship the item using any method you like. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that will insure your goods and one that provides package tracking to avoid delays.
- Once we receive the returned item we will process your refund and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please allow 2-3 days from the time we receive your return/exchange for processing.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
All Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with tracking information provided. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase, or sooner. Please take note of shipping times on each listing. If you would like the added security of a signature to be required for delivery, convo us and we will include that option in your shipping expense. Also please take note of shop vacation announcements.
International Shipping:
All international orders will ship via DHL. Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days. If your order does not arrive within 14 days of shipment please contact us. Customs fees vary and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
